To open and maintain an account on AquJILI, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis while your account remains active.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming participation in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by AquJILI.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal recreational use.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time you access the platform and place any bets.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an AquJILI employee or affiliated game provider where a conflict of interest could arise.

Age Verification

When you register on AquJILI, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or contact number — constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
AquJILI permits only one account per person. This means one account per name, per mobile number, per payment method, and per device. If you have forgotten your password or login details, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.
- Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification.
- You must choose a strong, unique password. Do not reuse passwords from other services.
- AquJILI may carry out additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard requirement and not a penalty.
- Duplicate accounts detected by AquJILI will be closed, and any funds in the secondary account may be confiscated without notice.
Account Sharing
Sharing your AquJILI account login credentials with any other person — including family members — is strictly prohibited. Each person must register their own account. AquJILI is not responsible for any losses arising from account sharing.
All deposits to your AquJILI account are made in Philippine Peso (₱). AquJILI does not accept deposits denominated in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

Your Own Payment Method
You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited. AquJILI may request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used.
AquJILI is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by your payment provider, bank processing times, or technical outages on third-party payment networks. If a deposit does not appear in your AquJILI balance within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your payment reference number.
AquJILI aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically completed within 1 to 3 hours of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay, PESONet, or direct bank transfer may take up to 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
- You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name that appears on your AquJILI account.
- AquJILI may request identity verification before approving a withdrawal, especially for first-time or large-value requests. This is a standard KYC procedure.
- Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Bonus Balance vs Real Balance
AquJILI maintains separate real money and bonus balances within your account. Real money is always played first. When your real money balance reaches zero, bonus funds are activated. You can view both balances within your account dashboard at any time.
All games on AquJILI use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Results are generated in real time and are statistically random — they cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by AquJILI, any player, or any external party.
When you place a bet on AquJILI, you are agreeing to the outcome generated by the RNG or the relevant game engine. The result displayed on screen represents the actual and final outcome of the event. AquJILI's server records take precedence over any client-side display in cases of discrepancy.
- Bets are binding once confirmed. You cannot cancel a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round continues on the server side and the result is preserved. When you reconnect, you will see the final outcome. Your funds are not at risk from a connection drop.
- AquJILI reserves the right to void any bet that was placed due to a manifest technical error — for example, a game displaying incorrect odds or paying out incorrectly due to a software fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on AquJILI. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts on AquJILI
- Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated means to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Using proceeds from illegal activity to fund an AquJILI account (money laundering)
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks after winnings have been collected
- Sharing or selling your AquJILI account credentials to another person
- Making deposits using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials
- Attempting to access or interfere with other players' accounts
Zero Tolerance
AquJILI applies a zero-tolerance policy to fraud and gaming integrity violations. Accounts found to be in breach of these rules will be closed permanently. Any balance in the account at the time of closure — including real money deposits — may be forfeited where fraud is confirmed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your AquJILI account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and ensuring the security of the device you use to access AquJILI.
AquJILI uses SSL encryption and OTP verification to protect your account. However, no security measure is completely immune to breach, and the following steps are your responsibility:
- Use a password that is not used on any other service and is at least 8 characters long with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Do not access AquJILI on shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact AquJILI support immediately and change your password.
- AquJILI will never send you an unsolicited request for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Do not provide your password to anyone claiming to represent AquJILI.
AquJILI is not liable for losses that result from your failure to maintain account security, including sharing credentials or failing to log out on shared devices.

AquJILI collects personal data including your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, identity verification, and responsible gaming monitoring. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How to Raise a Dispute
